PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk ("MDKA") made an OJK announcement in relation to a proposed capital increase with pre-emptive rights issuance ("PRI"). Ltd., an affiliate of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (“Brunp Catl”) aims to become a strategic investor with up to a 5% shareholding in Merdeka.
