PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk announced its 1Q 2024 results, with revenue of US$541 million and EBITDA of US$57 million. Merdeka Battery Materials - Completion of HPAL Financing
PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) announced the completion of financing for its HPAL project through PT ESG New Energy Material. The project secured US$490 million in loans from Bangkok Bank, PT Bank Negara Indonesia, and PT Bank Mandiri. This financing supports the construction of the 30,000 tonnes per annum HPAL plant, which is expected to be commissioned by late 2024. Tower Bersama - Announced first quarter 2024 financial performance
PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. ("TBIG") released its interim financial statements for three months ending 31 Match 2024. TBIG reported revenue of IDR1,705 billion and EBITDA of IDR1,465 billion. Annualized, these figures would be IDR6,819 billion and IDR5,861 billion, respectively.
