Merdeka Copper Gold – IDR1.5 trillion bond issue

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk issued the fifth tranche of Continuation Bonds IV, totaling Rp1.5 trillion (approximately US$96 million). This issuance is part of the company's ongoing efforts to optimize its capital structure, with an outstanding bond balance of approximately US$1.0 billion as of 31 March 2024.
