Merdeka Gold Resources – Completes HKEX secondary listing

PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk announced that it has completed its secondary listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX”) in the form of Hong Kong Depositary Receipts (“HDRs”) and officially commenced trading today under stock code 6228.

The transaction is the first dual listing by an Indonesian company on HKEX, the first HDR listing in Hong Kong in more than a decade, and the first dual listing undertaken by an Indonesian issuer in more than two decades.
