On 25th November 2019, PT Merdeka Copper & Gold Tbk and PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk executed a series of interconditional transaction documents in relation to MDKA’s Pani Mining IUP and one of the three mining blocks, that is Pani block within PT Gorontalo Sejahtera Mining’s Contract of Work.
