Provident Biofuels
Provident Biofuels is a Singapore-based leading international supplier of palm kernel shells (PKS), a palm oil extraction residue that replaces fossil fuels such as coal in electricity generation.
• Founded by Provident in 2011
• Source PKS from Indonesia and Malaysia, export PKS to power producers in Japan, Korea, and Singapore
• Exported close to 15,000,000 metric tonnes of PKS since inception
